CVM were appointed by our client TTL Building & Maintenance to undertake the structural design works which included an underpinning scheme, replacement roof structure, internal modifications and new steelwork beams to new external openings or existing support which required replacement.

CVM worked with the project Architect Bruce Johnson and the Main Contractor (and Client) TTL Building & Maintenance to convert an abandoned barn structure into a modern bespoke family home.
