This sympathetic alteration & extension project. CVM were appointed to undertake the structural design works which included internal modifications and new steelwork beams to new external openings together with the detailed design of the new Oak Framed Extension.
CVM worked with the Hewitt & Carr Architects and the Main Contractor SCC Developments to create bespoke family home.
The refurbishment resulted in a stunning property with a more contemporary open plan layout.
